Madhya Pradesh Housing & Infrastructure Development Board (MPHIDB) has launched many housing schemes for categories of the society including Economical Weaker section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group. The board launched hundreds of flats, plots & houses for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG Categories.

All the above schemes are currently launched by the board. The authority offers residential units at very low price.
Kripalpur Satna Scheme by MPHIDB: The scheme is launched in Kripalpur Satna near Central Jail under which the authority offers duplex houses for higher income group of the society. The name of the scheme is 78-HIG Senior House (Duplex). Registration has been started from 10 February 2015 and the last date of registration is 31 March 2015.
Naugarh Singrauli Scheme: In this scheme the board offer residential house under new scheme 2015 on the basis of Self Finance Scheme. Total 312 houses are on offer for EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG categories. Four types of houses are available in the scheme which categorizes as 12-HIG Houses, 39-MIG Houses, 86-LIG Houses and 175-Janta Houses.
Dhanpuri Shahdol Scheme: The authority offers build-up flats under this scheme at Dhanpuri (Burhar) District Shahdol. Total 206 units are on offer on self finance basis. Under the scheme HIG Senior-A, HIG Deluxe, MIG Junior-A, MIG Junior-B & EWS types of houses are available for registrations.
Kadambari & kamayani Nagar Scheme: The scheme was launched on 9 February 2015 under which the board offers duplex houses at multiple locations of Kadambari Nagar & Kamayani Nagar Rao, Indore. These duplex houses are on offer for Higher Income Group of the society.
Pandit Deen Dayal Nagar Scheme: This is the only scheme under which the authority invites applications for allotments of flats as well as plots. Under the scheme total 80 units of flats are on offer only for Lower Income Group while 26 units of plots are available for Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group and Both plots and flats are located in Tap Water Filters Factory Pandit Deen Dayal Nagar.
Badabujurg, Burhanpur Scheme: In this scheme flats are available for registration under MP Housing Board New Housing Scheme 2014-15 for all LIG, MIG and HIG categories.
Registration for above housing schemes has been started in February 2015 and the registration will be closed in March 2015.
